My name is Stefanie. My husband and I have lived for 6 years in the village of Mount Horeb, Wi. Baking has always been a cathartic pastime for me. I have always loved recreating old family recipes, food memories and taking a few simple ingredients and creating something delicious.

After 34 years, I was "downsized" or "forced retired" after a corporate reorganization/salaried workforce reduction. I viewed this unexpected life shift as a opportunity to pursue a passion in creating a small cottage micro bakery out of my home.

I am grateful for the support of my community as I embark on this new adventure.
