Raisin Stollen* - $15 (seasonal)
German style Christmas fruit bread that is slightly dense and not too sweet. Brandy soaked raisins with slivered almonds and a touch of lemon zest finished with a light confectioners glaze and slivered almonds. This bread actually is better as it stales and is best served lightly toasted with butter.
