How do I order?

Is everything baked fresh?
Yes. I do not prebake/freeze items. All items are baked fresh to order.

Do you use real butter?
100%!

Do you accept Special Orders?
Yes. Please reach out to me to see how I accommodate your baking needs. In general special orders, including holiday cookies need 48- 72 hours notice. Some special ordered items have a minimum order amount (select breads, cookies, muffins and mini bundt cakes).

What is your baking schedule? Is everything available everyday?
I typically publish my schedule on Sunday of the upcoming week via Facebook and on my websites Weekly Schedule page. Items are pre-order only. Any extra items are communicated via Facebook. If you need an items that is not being made that day/week, please reach out to me to see how I can bake for you.

Where do I pickup items?
Items are porch pickup at my home generally after 2:30pm on the day of the order.

How do I pay for my items?
Items can be paid with cash, Venmo or Cash App.

Is pre-payment required?
For special orders 50% down is required via Venmo. Balance can be paid in Cash or Venmo.

Do you make decorated cakes, cupcakes and cookies?
No.

What else do you bake?
I'm constantly testing new recipes. As new items are tested they will be added to my menus. But if you are looking for something please ask!

Can your items be frozen if I have leftovers?
Yes. In the event you have leftovers items can be frozen. Wrap items in plastic wrap or cling wrap, then foil, then put them in the ziploc bag. Freezing does impact texture so frozen/defrosted items typically do better if your defrost them first in the fridge and gently rewarm.

How can I rewarm cheese bread or focaccia?
To rewarm - wrap items in foil and rewarm in a 350 oven for about 15 minutes.

Do you have a commercial kitchen?
No. Under Wisconsins Cottage Baking Law, home bakers do not need a commercial kitchen.
